All products are manufactured based on customer-selected designs, colors, sizes, and specifications. Due to the custom nature of our products, slight variations in color or fabric texture may occur.

• All custom kits are produced only after final design approval by the customer.
• Customers are responsible for reviewing designs, logos, text, sizing, and colors before approval.
• Once approved, designs cannot be changed.
• G-Sports is not responsible for errors approved by the customer (including spelling, colors, or sizing).

• Prices displayed on the website or quoted are subject to change without prior notice.
• All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes, duties, or shipping fees unless stated otherwise.
• Full or partial payment may be required before production begins.
• Orders will not be processed until payment is successfully received.

• Production timelines vary depending on order size, design complexity, and season.
• Estimated delivery times are provided as a guideline and are not guaranteed.
• G-Sports is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, or events beyond our control.
• Risk of loss passes to the customer upon dispatch of the order.

• We deliver products across the world. For international orders:
• Customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import fees.
• Delivery times may vary due to customs processing in the destination country.

• Due to the custom-made nature of our products:
• Returns or refunds are not accepted for custom orders unless the product is defective or incorrect due to our error.
• Claims for defective or incorrect items must be made within 7 days of delivery, along with supporting images.
• Approved replacements will be produced or refunded at our discretion.

• Size charts are provided as a guide only.
• Customers are responsible for selecting correct sizes.
• G-Sports is not liable for fit issues arising from incorrect size selection.
